NexSafety engineer carrying out a preventive electrical inspection
Company and mission

Making hidden property risks visible

Learn why NexSafety was created, how its preventive audit process works and how it approaches independent, evidence-led fire and electrical safety reporting.

NexSafety is the preventive fire and electrical safety service initiative within the InfraNex family, created to help property owners understand risks that often remain hidden until failure.

Why the service exists

Homes and buildings change after handover. Air conditioners, kitchen equipment, geysers, office loads and renovations are added, while the original circuit design and protection may never be reviewed. NexSafety turns that uncertainty into a documented maintenance plan.

How we work

Independent findings

Audit observations are kept separate from repair execution so recommendations remain easier to evaluate.

Evidence before claims

Reports identify what was observed, what it may mean and what competent follow-up is needed.

Standards-informed scope

Applicable Indian standards and local authority requirements guide the checklist without overstating statutory status.

Privacy at the property

Photography and personal information are handled only for the agreed audit and reporting purpose.

Credentials and verification

NexSafety will publish named auditor qualifications, licence details and verification links only after the relevant business records and permissions are supplied. Until then, the website does not claim statutory authority or issue a fire NOC.

Turn unknown risks into a clear action list

Share your property type and preferred date. NexSafety will confirm the right inspection scope.
