Scope and limitations
- A report describes conditions observed or measured at the time of inspection.
- Concealed defects and inaccessible systems may remain outside scope.
- Repairs must be performed by appropriately qualified professionals.
- Statutory approvals, fire NOCs and legal certificates remain with the competent authority.
- Pricing and scheduling are confirmed after property details and access are understood.
Safety and access
The client must disclose known hazards and provide safe, authorized access. The auditor may stop work when conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed competence and equipment.
Changes and cancellation
Final cancellation, rescheduling, travel fee and GST terms will be confirmed with the booking. These commercial rules require final business approval before they can be published as fixed policy.
