Common ignition, grease, LPG and electrical risks to review.
What to review
- Inspect LPG hoses, valves, ventilation and cylinder arrangements.
- Clean grease deposits in hoods and ducts at a documented frequency.
- Separate high-load appliances from improvised extensions.
- Keep suitable first-response equipment accessible and staff trained.
When to stop and call a professional
Stop using equipment or a circuit when there is heat damage, smoke, burning odour, sparking, repeated protective-device operation or electric shock sensation. Do not open energized equipment unless you are qualified and authorized to do so.
Emergency: If there is active fire, smoke, gas leakage or immediate danger, leave the area, warn others and contact the local emergency service. A website checklist is not an emergency response service.
This guide is educational and does not replace a site-specific inspection, licensed repair or competent-authority direction.
